Hazelnut pastries are made with very few ingredients, all chosen on the basis of high quality and their authenticity. Hazelnuts from local cultivations, linked to the Etna area, are the distinctive feature of a dessert with a traditional, ancient and unique flavor.
The Hazelnut Pastes, were produced for the first time in the Barone Pastry Shop in Linguaglossa (CT) in 1978, from an idea by the Master Pastry Chef Mario Barone, strictly using hazelnuts from native cultivations. The recipe is always kept constant over time, made with simple but refined products of undoubted excellence and absolute quality, recalling the flavors of our Etna area, without the use of any type of preservative or additive.
